Based on my observation at page 14, there's definitely other female members in the club. Given what the adviser(?) said, I suggest that the girls take turn to be the 'staff'. Or rather, it's merely coincidental that when the story take place, there's only 3 girl in the staff (proven by page 4 where the MC looks surprised).

Hence, assuming that every time the tournament took place and different girls were chosen (or more likely volunteered in the case of our female lead), it's probable that they might be virgin.

Alternatively, maybe the 'staff' were chosen straight AFTER the darn tournament. Hence the girls can wait till their Romeo to win before volunteering.

Yumi IS a virgin, no doubt about it. And it's her first time being on that "Staff" group (see page 10) because she's hoping her crush (Chisuda) to win so that he can take her. The other two are most likely regulars on that list so they are not likely to pick her anytime. Seems like an opportunity to make a couple in the team (Yumi and Chisuda). So if Chisuda doesn't make it in the top 3 Araki won't be in there either. Another evidence is on Page 1 where Yumi is clapping at Chisuda when he won to make it in the top 3.
