That first couple are Tomoya Okazaki and Sanae Furukawa, who are NOT in a formal relationship with each other.
Leaving aside Tomoya (multiple routes and all, though as Plaxius mentioned canon-wise he eventually marries Sanae's daughter), Sanae is already cheating on her husband, Akio (not shown) with Tomoya, even without this swinging party.

Akiko OTOH is as far as I know presumed to be a widow/single mother and Yuiichi is also a multi-route game protag,
