I know there are rules, and sadly, Lilith Soft is on the expunge list 'cause they personally asked E-Hentai to not allow their images to get uploaded and of course, getting access to them for "free". It's really sad, cause the game I really like from them is Ochiru Hitozuma, I downloaded it, but it doesn't run on my PC and the few images from it that I have are of low quality. Yes we all hail to the lovely Saint Dollar.
