to summarize,

this thing occurred after the arc where taichi and inaba are already in a relationship ~ just after the anime.

fuuzenkazura locked them in the room. the only way to get out it is to do something which is "interesting" (as usual) or else they will be locked forever. since they are already caught by fuuzenkazura doing something "interesting", the only thing for them to do is to continue ~ problem solved.
