Basically, the imouto (Sana?) and the older brother used to live with their parents, who are low-level thugs trying to join a Yakuza organization. Their parents planned to whore out Sana in order to get more credit, but the brother overheard that and grab the gun, killing his mom and dad. He then lied to the police that some strangers broke into his house, grabbed the gun and killed both of his parents. The bully (Misaki) family is also a big shot Yakuza leader who is also a rival to parents' Yakuza gang, so Misaki's dad decided to match the story with the brother's version and covered it up, saying that he ordered the hit.

Unfortunately, Sana happened to see the brother shot her mom and dad and ended up in a catatonic state, losing all of her memories when she woke up. Sana and her brother eventually ended up in a relationship when she was in Junior High, but when Misaki burned Sana's hair ribbon (a birthday present from Sana's parents) she went into another memory lapse, losing a year's worth of memory in the process. The brother decided to become an honor student and student council pres in order to draw attention away from Sana and to quell the rumor of him killing his parents.

When Sana woke up from her catatonic state, her original personality is lost and a new personality was born. Misaki used to know Sana when she was small, and she implied that the old Sana used to be much more cheerful and assertive, rather than the current slow and helpless version. Sana used to have a cat name Chacha when she was small, but Misaki told her that she killed the cat in order to spite Sana. However, the last page revealed that Misaki didn't actually kill the cats but had her goons rescued them and kept them as pets.

The fortune-teller is also Misaki's friend, and it is implied that Misaki is trying to bring back the old Sana, while the older brother is trying to keep the new Sana and shelter her from any danger.

Update on chapter 5:

The sister name is Rina, not Sana. So Misaki revealed to the older brother that Rina and Misaki is actually half-sister (Rina's mom used to be a mistress of Misaki's dad.) The older brother also knew about this, since Misaki's dad offered to take Rina and told him about the whole thing after the brother killed his parents. The apartment that Rina and the brother is living right now is owned by Misaki's gang as well, and they have watched over the siblings since the story started.

Misaki has 4 older siblings (all male) from different mistresses of her dad. Since she was small, she has to carry a knife and a stun gun with her every day since she doesn't know when her brothers will attack her (one actually attacked her in her sleep but she stabbed him with a knife), which explains her messed up personality. Her dad valued sons over daughter, so Misaki was told not to do anything like that again.

Misaki found out about Rina after her mother died as her dad revealed to her that she has a younger sister. Misaki went to meet Rina and they played together for half a year, but Rina lost her memories after the incident and forgot about Misaki. So now, Misaki intended to have sex and have a baby with the brother in order to shock Rina back into her old personality. Rina overheard the story (not sure if she got her memories back) and went into the room. As she held the baseball bat up, she told Misaki that it was Rina, not her brother, who killed their parents, and swung the bat down...

Chapter 6 Summary

So Rina remembered about the whole affair where she shot her mom and dad as they tried to kill the brother. She lost her memories and identity as she couldn't bear the shock after that. As seen in the manga, Rina tried to kill Misaki to protect her brother, but the brother broke out of the paralysis in time to stop Rina. The neo-Rina cried as she realized that she's about to disappear since the old Rina is resurfacing. She asked the brother who she really is, and the he replied that she will always be the love of his life. The new Rina heard that, smiled and told the brother not to forget about her even if she will be gone. The brother took Rina back home and told Misaki to come with him if she wants to meet the real Rina.

It turns out that whenever Rina regains herself she will always relive the scene where she shot her parents and will panic as she does not recognize anyone around her. This is why the brother was so adamant to protect the new Rina as he has no way to pacify the old Rina. Misaki and the brother lost their hopes of bringing Rina back and started to have a sex-a-thone to console themselves. After a few days of that cycle, the original Rina seemed to regain her self-control and started talking with Misaki about stuffs they did when they were kids, only to lapse back into her panic the next day. In their despair, the brother took out the pills the fortune teller gave him back in chapter 4 and decided to drink it with Rina. He thought there were 2 pills, but it turned out there were 3 pills in total, which means Misaki is included as well. Misaki seemed to know who the fortune teller is, and they resolved to commit suicide via the pills since they thought those are poison.

All three drank the pills, but when Misaki woke up nothing seemed to have changed. However, Rina appeared once again with a phone call from the fortune teller saying that she's taking care of Misaki's cats right now. Rina seemed to be familiar with both cats, which let Misaki knows that the two Rina had merged together (each Rina only knew about one cat and not the other.)
The real shocker this time is that the brother woke up without any memories, and Rina told him that they are siblings and left the town together. Misaki's dad died shortly after, and the other gangs took over her dad's territory, so Misaki left the town and started a new normal life. In the ending, the one ringing the bell is probably Rina since the cats recognized their former owner and started meowing.

PS: A little subplot here: the girl that was forced to have sex with the brother in chapter 4 committed suicide with her family after that short stint due to their family's debt. The brother speculated that Misaki had her goons checked their family out and called for the ambulance since the family was discovered very soon after their group suicide. A newspaper article in chapter 6 revealed that the family had regained consciousness, and the brother informed Misaki about this. She remarked that it might have been better to let them die since the girl's family still have to pay back the debts if they live.

Overall a somewhat rushed ending. My biggest gripe has to be the fortune teller, as we still don't know who she is or why the magical pills worked. There might be some stuffs I missed that explain her character. In addition, the first few pages aren't very related to the actual story unless we take that as some sort of metaphorical death of Rina's memories.
It's like Fuuga added all these intriguing hints in the story but had no idea how to tie them up conclusively. Too many different things happened in the last chapter with little prior hints, especially the part about the older brother.
But in the end no one actually dies or gets raped into submission, so I guess I can live with that.

Thx mate, awesome work. Would be such a pain, if i could'nt understand whats going on. Haven't read your whole summary yet, i don't want to spoiler myself about the end (i so hope theres a happy ending).
I think this must be Fuuga's best work so far, from storyline and artwork. Is this his newest work? Looks so well done
