If you liked this, you should read Latin (ラテン) by Enaga Takabatake, however, the author passed away early which is a tragedy for those of us who followed his work, so, this is one of those stories that probably ended too short as you can find some unfinished artwork on his pixiv, a shame, really, maybe it would have gotten adapted into Anime.

Talking about pixiv, there is a one-shot called 彼女❤ドロイド (kanojo doroido) Girlfriend Droid, which I'm sure you'll like, and you probably don't know about because A:It's not on Manga Updates and B:It's not on this website, nor is it translated for that matter.

Perhaps you should check out Planetarian which got adapted into Anime, and is really underrated if You've read the visual novel - no manga for this one.
Of course can't forget Mahoromatic, which is a Manga and an anime.
There are also some newcomers like the anime Plastic Memories

Even though Believe Machine is hentai, It's a really nice story which, ('duh) probably isn't surprising for people who come across these things, and get exposed to them.
Sort of a shame, really, if it wasn't age restricted, it would have gotten more attention. And as stated already, reminiscent of Chobits - the story that is in everyone's hearts to this day.
