thepaleking might show up to explain everything but from my very limited understanding:
The short haired man is the eldest son(or a distant relative) that is lusting for mother. Seeing this, the younger son(or the only son) makes his feelings known to the mother first as she accepts them. They have a secret relationship and the mother begins rejecting the advances of the short haired man and guarding her "womanhood" from him. Eventually, the short haired man walks in on them having sex and blackmails himself into the action. They have a "sex competition" over the mother and the short haired man somewhat wins out but the mother later reassures the son that her feelings are only him, the son. After leaving his room, she gets dragged into the short haired man's room and he delivers the finishing blows, turning the mother into a sex object that lust for him and forgets her feelings for the son when he walks in on them. He finishes by placing a seal over her "womanhood" which I can't understand but I assume means that it now belongs to the short hair man.

You pretty much have it down Trashbin. The only missing details are some names: Satoru (the short haired guy, who is their cousin who they have let stay at their house while he goes to college, Takashi (their actual son), and Satoko (the mother).

And some stuff in the final scenes.
In the scene after she takes a dump in front of Takashi, Satoru challenges Satoko to the "Anal Chance": if he is able to make her cum from anal, she has to become his sex slave. Satoko accepts the challenge because she's confident she can hold out, but of course she can't, and ends up cumming 5 times in a row. The final scene has Satoko telling Takashi that he has one chance to win her back, by taking the "Pussy Challenge", but if he fails he can never have sex with her gain.
