Note that I'm only translating the Maika story, not the short story that starts this tankoubon. The Maika story shares the same name as the tankoubon itself, so chapter 1 is really chapter 2 of the whole thing.
5/17: Complete. Ch. 7 added, added a couple of the cover pages to make it look nicer & made tweaks to several pages throughout.
Note: for the 2 pages in Chapter 7 that are full-page art, I did not translate them since they would require extensive editing and I know enough Japanese to understand them. For those that don't, the first full-page just says "OOOO" across the top, and the second one is a giant "I...KUUUU", which means "CUUUUM". Enjoy!
