Not exactly a part 2. It deals with a different character. Basically the male bully chops off some trap's balls. The bully tells the trap to call the ambulance on his own, and to tell them that he did it to himself.

They meet again a year later after the (now transgender) leaves the school. She tells him that he ruined her life, and her parents' life. She also has to take hormone therapy for the rest of her life now.

Although she swore to kill him once she got out of hospital, she's still 'weak' and fails. He decides that he's going to bully her again, and tells her 'yoroshiku'.

I often find myself thinking about this story. It's one of those that sticks with you. Wish there were others like this one, but it's hard to find something similar. There's usually either the comeuppance for the bully or they are just laughably evil, to the point where it's hard to believe. The one in this story is evil, granted, but she's also obsessed with her victim. The payoff here is a life of submission as the pet of the abuser - someone who's very very twisted, but also in madly in love with her prey, to the point where either the target completely surrenders her life and body exclusively to the bully, or has to be content with constant violence inflicted upon her by a group of people.
