Just a shot in the dark, but...

This character is an alien who changes sex by sneezing in to love-ru's canon. Now, I can't read this, but judging by how every time she shakes/sneezes she changes, they probably did something to her that makes her change into her corrupted form whenever she sneezes instead of changing to a male. Not sure if it deserves a genderbender tag or not in that case.
