if fetishes and fantasies are not supposed to make sense, then we wouldn't have any. Fetishes are complex as hell and they tend to vary from person to person. If someone cannot understand why they have a fetish it does not mean there is no sense to it. As for the futanari-yaoi thing: I love the cock n' girl combo.
