Yes it is, check Netorase definition.
NTS is "Protagonist-organised Netorare", you can check it in VNDB. And if you play the game, there is so many NTR element. Like When Protagonist checking Marina (the heroine) in hotel, setting hidden kamera in his bedroom, etc. If you check it on getchu, you can find "netorare" in the genre section.

for a short nukige I gave this score :90/100

This is NTR.
This was created by Atelier Sakura's Team NTR, which was a branching out to specifically create NTR stories. You can even see it at their webpage, they call this an NTR adventure game. So if anyone can help fix that, change the group name for this in the title. It's not just Atelier Sakura, it's Atelier Sakura Team NTR.
Even on the Getchu page, this is classified as Netorare. Protagonist Organized Netorare is, by definition, netorare.

Most/Much (?) of this game is translated in English and Korean (with possibly redubbed husband voice, which is weird sounding - or did they intend him to sound like a robot?).
