Just because the outcome was bad doesn't mean the doujin itself was of bad quality. In fact, I'd consider the emotional responses as an argument that the doujin was that well written.

But seriously, that plunge into corruption and despair is such a sinking feeling, and the best part is, it comes gradually, but inevitably. I think Kemijian really has an affinity for these works, and I hope to see more from them.

Hell even Aya the so called friend was being somewhat assholish though nowhere NEAR as bad as..oh say...everyone else.

Not going to mention Tewi at all because...well she's a drug dealer which if Hata stopped getting paid(Which I assume she's paying for the "Happiness" now?) then she'd stop getting paid and then turn into an asshole too as she's usually depicted in every other work involving her.

As fucked up as this sounds I'd like to see this story reach a real END. Obviously my prediction is she ends up dead, there's no way it doesn't turn out that way.

Hell my full prediction is she runs into Sanae again and it just turns into a fuck fest of bullshit...still...I'd like to see this continue I know that makes me fucked up but it's a little too realistic for me to actually hate it for what it is. I hate MC bashing but that's usually because it's so unfathomably unrealistic or rather the MC's reactions are unrealistic such as they get bullies but they're personality doesn't change not even a little they don't get sad or angry or anything it just continues to happen and they bounce back, or worse everyone sees it as something 'Normal' that isn't in any way fucked up at all, or even WORSE the entire world overlooks what happens with ZERO concern though this is usually because of the above mentioned 'Everyone sees it as NORMAL' when it isn't.

I mean shit they even showed her apparently try to get a boyfriend but he ended up being a woman beater but she managed to get away from it.

I can see it now, either nobody comes to her funeral or the ones who do are the ones who bullied her and they spit/piss/desecrate her grave and or funeral and or dead body.

Then again, if it's the Touhou universe in any close way she'd just get into an eternally ruinous situation.

I liked it... Kind of. I would have just either told AYAYAYAYAYAYA that Momiji was not who she was and used my own power (as a writer) and got her kicked off. Obviously though, Hatatatate has issues. Good real life logic though. Nice scenes, nice realism (angry comments, bitchiness, drugs, etc). I would like to see Tewi's actual reasoning, but it's heavy already because I put myself into the story. Note: never do that with these stories.

Good stories. Might see the prequel everyone's talking about.
