Those who wondering, the arts is drawn by Sano Toshihide and G.J had released software that call Sano Toshihide ga, Anata no Senyou Gengaman ni Narimasu. The software itself allowed you to make your own customized CG or making Visual Novel games with right to freely sell it.

69 properly had used G.J software to make this game and sell it. That explain why you see many of Sano Toshihide's art works in other games.
