@CDub7888; It's a pretty shallow scenario yeah, but there's a bit more to it than her letting him do her just because he checked up on her. Him going to the hospital to "take responsibility" is actually a bigger deal than it sounds. He's no just going for moral support you know?
In japan a woman can't have an abortion on her own unless it's some kind of back room dealy. The man who knocked her up has to be there as well to sign off his consent for having the fetus aborted. Or a man willing to say that he's the responsible party at least. If he didn't do that then she would have either had to reveal the truth to her poor oblivious long distance boyfriend so that he could go with her for it, or just have the kid. She was really with her back to the wall, not to mention that she one of those docile, passive and obedient women that traditional japanese culture views as the ideal woman, and which Carn usually casts as the heroine in his NTR works, so taking decisive action on her own initiative just wasn't in the cards. So she was naturally relieved when a mature and responsible male figure appeared to take charge and tell her what to do.
Add to that his big sympathy play over her reminding him of his late wife, and the fact that she was hugely vulnerable and in shock from his revelation that some stranger had snuck in took her virginity when she was drunk and passed out, meaning that she was hardly in a rational state of mind, it actually isn't so dumb and far-fetched that she caved to his advances. She was probably despairing over the fact that she would never get to have the romantic first time she had always dreamed of on her wedding night, and despairing thinking that what difference did one more make?

You have to admit, it's a little more original than the usual straight up blackmail and the like you usually get in this sort of manga. People who are just sneering and calling it stupid and unbelievable are the ones who can't use their imagination and need everything spelt out for them. This one is a heck of a lot more original than NNN was.
Though knowing my luck it's only a matter of time before he brings all his friends around and has a big gangbang since all of Carn's NTR seems to end up that way.....
