This is obviously way late, but for context about the blood; I haven't gotten all the details, but the gist of it is that they essentially keep cuming until they're literally cuming blood, and there's something about her turning into (or originally being) a succubus or something similar during the final scene, shortly before the blood cumming happens.
I haven't read it carefully enough to be able to tell you in more detail - if it is even properly explained in the first place.

If it looks even remotely interesting, I'd just recommend you check it out. The game is fully animated and has tons of voiced narrative (although the majority of it is just for atmosphere), so a picture gallery won't do it much justice. That goes for most of Sakuranbo's (later) titles.
