The second game's opening has a small anime clip, that's as close as you can get to a Touhou anime with this style.

The latest patches of the game let you switch to English in the configuration. Its an official translation release by the Frontier Aja (The Developers)

Normally I don't care for Touhou over a passing glance (and metal remixes of the songs), but these alternate designs are fantastic. Sakuya's battle dress is a favorite for sure.
