It's not very strange that the heads doesn't match the bodies, after all the heads has to be drawn in a certain way so that we can immediately identify them as belonging to the parody characters.
And the bodies are done to be sexy, instead of matching the heads art style, because it is a porn parody.

What is stranger is how thin their necks are, especially that Lois' neck is thinner than the dick that gets shoved down it.....

Also, is there noone but me who wonders where her pubic hairs suddenly went? She' got a nice little strip at the beach and then on the boat she suddenly got a wax?
