It's likely there are missing pages... The main story ends at 148 abruptly and another one-shot begins. Anybody knows what happened?

If you read the TOC : https://e-hentai.org/s/57fccf4d3e/689120-165

You see there are the known 6 chapters (146 pages), as in the old gallery.

Chapter 5 was published first in PLUM FE 8. But that was the last issue of that anthology.

After a quick search, I found chapters 7 and 8 as digital release:
