I second that notion. That is not Kyo but his clone who is simply called Kusanagi. I know it is dumb and extremely stupid.

...She's technically NOT jailbait, considering she was created in a lab...(and as far as we know, matured at a faster rate than a normal human.) It's a very fine line with artificially created humans...technically, as long as they LOOK old enough, artificial humans (artificial meaning created in a lab, using genetic engineering, like Kula.) are pretty much safe no matter their "actual" age.

And yes, I did happen to look at this from a completely legal standpoint...and the laws about age of consent don't have anything about artificial humans/cyborgs in them...mainly because such things do not exist in the real world...(YET.)
