I swear why there are lots of echi anime series or series with hot girls in them always have a few doujin?

For example YuuShibu, Noucome, Nourin (especially with Bekki Natsumi whose debut in episode 1 borderlines hentai lol), Mahou Sensou (horrible series but hot girls like Mui and Kurumi), Outbreak company, Strike the Blood, Unbreakable Machine doll, Mikakunin de Shinkoukei - Engaged to the Unidentified (the OP in this show alone is quite ecchi plus the girls are awesome), and these are just to name a few animes last 1-2 seasons.

I understand for Mahou Sensou due to its terrible terrible work, but the others I wonder why especially with Strike The Blood.
