Okay, so...no. A spice to your marriage would include both/all people in said marriage involved with whatever surprise, deviation, or alteration to be aware of the spice. For example, in this manga, a "spice" would entail both the husband and wife to have extramarital affairs and both be aware of it. Without a mutual awareness, the only thing this can qualify as is infidelity. Now this whole "spice" thing might be a mistranslation considering the person who did it, but regardless, it doesn't make sense either way.

Secondly, why does the brother-in-law care if she's on the pill? You've already got what you wanted: your brother's wife. And if you're so concerned that your brother not find out, why the hell would you intentionally try to get her pregnant? Earlier in the manga, she says that her husband is indifferent to sex (again, just going with what it says here; mistranslations can still be an issue). So while it's possible that one night, husband and wife get busy, from the information given, the chances seem ridiculously slim. Just seems like common sense that you don't leave evidence of a crime if you're trying to get away with it.

Abortion is not an easy solution. Many find it morally wrong, and even if it isn't a moral decision, it still requires a great deal of courage to go through.
