I guess they can get away with it since it's not exactly belldandy.
The markings are gone, her tits are a lot bigger, and the look obviously not exactly the same, obviously because of different artist.
The color scheme and jewelry are pretty similar-ish but again not exactly the same.
Still Saigado OMG! doujin must happen, that's an awesome look, I was so wanting to find more in this anthology but nothing :(
