Looking the last pages makes me have a guess.

Actually, this doujinshi is a bit hard to understand for beginners.

It's filled with quite a bit of flashbacks that go bouncing around.

Basically, the heroine of the story was once a swimming club ace. She had an accident and can no longer swim as well. She now acts as a manager for the team.

The protagonist of this story is actually having sex with one of his teammates that already has a boyfriend (you see him in page 8 here). He really likes the heroine more, but he hears during his sexfriend in a karaoke box (bf actually invites her to karaoke before this scene) that the heroine is having a relationship with the coach.

He decides to check this out and finds out that the heroine has a relationship with the coach. He then calls her out and has a talk with her. Basically, the protagonist ends up having rough sex with her. The heroine actually ended up videotaping the entire thing and acted as if it was a rape that occurred.

The coach finds out about this and tries to blackmail the protagonist, but the heroine says no. What she really just wants is for the protagonist to leave her and the coach and their secret relationship alone.

Protagonist takes out his frustration on his sexfriend, heroine has sex with the coach who saved her from drowning and loves it.

If you would claim this as netorare, it would be under the basis that the protagonist tried to NTR the coach and/or the protagonist was NTR'd from the woman he wanted all these years. And that Japanese also consider it as such. It's slight, but it's there. It's not really the overpowering force however.
