The video itself is an amazing piece of art.
- You got a catchy melody (which is played on different themes from innocent vocaloid to erotic club to heartbreaking sadness to game music to house floor..)
- You got an interesting tale of post-relationship coping mechanisms of an young adult going forth to the innocent replacement waifu (blue/greenish haired girl) to lustful corruption of said waifu (dat dance move.gif) to creepy (ex)-girlfriend (onimask girl) backlashing and beating him with tits.
- Live. Die. Repeat.
- And of course you have this kinda LSD trip where the evangelion figurines become creepy, your (ex)-girlfriend kinda eat you up (guro warning).
- He then goes full man-mode in an attempt to hold onto what remains of his feelings for his (ex)-girlfriend by trying to destroy the now creepy girls and “saving” her. He ultimately fails. Those creepy girls are controlled by the oni-avatar of his ex-girlfirend, expand their tits and shoot him down - with anti-air fire from their tits. Then he wakes up from those series of dreams again.

Not sure what I think about this video...WTF comes to mind. It's intriguing, that's for sure. An acid trip of a music video with an actual plot? Neat. A man with an addiction who broke up with a girl who loved him despite all his shortcomings trys to fight his addiction (represented by the oni mask) in order to once again live a happy life with his ex. Sadly he loses his battle with addiction and so loses his chances of being with her. You know, now that I think about it, I do like this. A complex plot hiding behind amazing NSFW visuals. WTF still applies though.

Actually this animation is about "sex & lust". I believe it's to warn teenager nowaday about how dangerous it is. Meme (blue hair girl) represent slut and or girl who sell their body. They are very beautiful and attractive which make our MC (shuu-chan) feel at ease and follow then.

The 2nd part (fapable part) is when he started getting more and more addicted to sex. Which was showcase by all the naked girl and "Hana" the represent of his own lust of which he built up by using his gf image. He is so addicted to it that it make Hana become real.

Come to the 3rd part, which is when he started remembered about Hana-chan, his gf and all the good time together with her. He also remembered the time he dump her because she just doesn't fit him anymore. And he thought about giving up, but then using all his will to try and get away from "sex and lust" by suiting up. However what's over is over. His gf doesn't love him anymore (she's consume by the lust Hana + the sayonara in the end) and as the fight drag on he started losing his motivation and give in to preasure. Until only his head remain.

And then the video LOOP. He's back in his room, starting this circle again, again and again
A never ending bad end.

explanation:
This anime is a bit of self-reflection on the dangers of tenchoaddiction and deformed unrealistic expectations that is fed by idol and anime addiction

Guy breaks up with his girlfriend because the relationship failed to meet his distorted expectations and returns to his old otaku hobby's of watching anime and porn. starting off with cutesy cosplay/pinup porn he quickly descends into the more hardcore stuff. As he continues to immerse himself his expectations of become ever more detached from reality in his mind creating a hypersexualised dream image of what his ex should have been.

After a while he reminiscends on the good memories they had together and decides it is worth fighting for another chance at life.
The MC struggling and eventually losing touch with normal expectations of sexuality is presented with him struggling to hold onto his girlfriend and eventually having her entirely consumed by the hypersexualed oni form.

The video repeats because this is the continuing struggle he's having in his head as he lies in bed all depressed.

This needs a doujin, or a Manga, or a game, or an anime, or a light novel, or a drama Cd, or a (insert for of media I haven't thought of here).
As much as I like the many interpretations of this very short animation a real story or plot would do this a lot of good, though with the piercings and guro imagery I highly doubt it can ever be anything more than a cult hit... But even so spread the word use big or unusual words to describe it to your friends like: philosophical, imperturbable, analeptic provocative, beguiling, etc.

Here's my messy NTR interpretation:

MC has a girlfriend. They break up and she moves on to become an Idol. MC is devastated and regresses into a fantasy world, fapping to all her videos, reveling in her objectification. But he struggles to reconcile the innocent girl he knew with her sexually actualized self, and so the fantasy collapses upon itself as the girl becomes more aggressive and eventually outright hostile and monstrous.

Eventually his fantasy distorts to the point that he's trying to kill what he perceives as the whorish corrupted version of her to rescue the pure, idealized version he remembers.

Of course he fails because he can't change the past, he can never rescue the girl and is left helpless to watch as she's literally consumed by her own sexuality, symbolized by the idealized innocent girl being swallowed by her own monstrous oversexualized self's vagina. His memories of his innocent GF are shattered as her blossoming sexuality tears him apart. She moves on and discards him. And then he boots up the videos to fap again and the cycle begins anew.
