I knew this was familiar somehow! or at least one of the stories in it, "Sweet Sweat" has a hentai anime called "love colon". The animation isn't all that great but hey a hentai is a hentai. NOTE: Only sweet sweat and the sister one is in there, there's a maid one but its different.
