To be continued is actually つづく. The most common version of END I can find in Japanese manga seems to be just END in English. I personally believe it hasn't ended but trying to pass off misinformation as truth is just wrong in my opinion.

Looks like it's non-chronological story telling. The ultimate zofa soldier that appears is the dinaranger being brainwashed and transformed in the chrysalis at the last scene.

I can read A BIT out of this... but I couldn't make out anything of the Kanji in the long explanations.
So for those who wanna know, basically there's a Gaia Cell that dude was talking about. This cell, I presume, is a cell related to the Zofa cells, and its mechanism is also related to the Dinaranger Suit. Some things about 'compatibility' are brought up as well. So for that we'll have to wait for the superb translations to get that part... ):

One things for sure: Apparently the 4 commanders at Zofa are all clones of Maya's mother. Unsure as to how that came about, though. The Ultimate Zofa Soldier will have some connection to the Gaia Cell, Maya and her mother.

On a side note, this was really a tasty chapter, seeing Maya being corrupted over and over <3
