@Zellmer: Actually, based on the way the first anime ended, I would just assume that Asagi was still brainwashed, and thus purposely training weaker subordinates as part of some greater scheme to breed taimanin-orc babies. It would explain the easy capture of every taimanin after her, why she becomes a vampire in one storyline. I would hate for the reverse to be true: that she truly is a horrible teacher and not one person on her side suggests replacing her, or at least question that her time in captivity might make her unfit.
