Hmm, kinda confused with the story. We all see that the glasses guy's head was chomped and supposed to die. But in the next page he's still okay and the other guy isn't monster anymore. Is it something like the glasses guy can see the real desire of other people and it is shown in the form of twisted human or something? Guess I will have to wait until someone decide to translate this.

As for what's going on here, simply said Glasses fantasizes about how awesome would it be if people he's liking would be human-bug breads whit whom he'd have sex and they'd do stuff to him (aka cut his head off) but since that's not the case, having sex as it is will do just as well.
