It's because it is. This wasn't actually typeset, the guy just copy pasted images of text. So there's a ton of errors with the editing. For example, on page 6, you can see speech bubbles being cut off by a white rectangle. And then stuff like "What is the meaning of that..." being hilariously off-center. And that white dot on her hair for some reason.

The amount of complaints is amusing; I paid for a translation so I did a quick hack job since people were asking for high res version, which I did for them because I don't care either way. I'm not repaying someone just to redo it for random people. "What is the meaning of that..." how is that hilariously off-center, its 1 mm away not like its on top of her head. Well no good deed and all that, I won't bother uploading my translations in the future.
