Could someone please explain what is up with this story? First the Main male character dies and is sent to the past. He then goes and screws several women at points in his past where an opportunity to bang some chick was present. At the hot spring all of the women who've been in his pants seem to remember having XXX with him then time gets reset. Then the girl he like is sent to the past and totally f**ks the MC along with two other girls from earlier who also do not remember anything from previously. Later we see the glasses chick getting violated by the ugly guy from the hot spring who was supposed to get it on with the MC originally. With all this skipping ahead and going back in time and people remembering things and then things being reset I have no Idea who f**ked who or anything. Could somebody tell me what I missed?

It's simple enough. MC got sent back to the past to points where he could have changed his life. He had sex at all those points instead, and kept jumping forward. He finally had sex with the girl he loved, but he scared the shit out of her by being a creepy horny adult in the body of the young friend she expected to be innocent and nice, and made her afraid of men. The fat guy - who was also reliving his life - tricked him into doing this. MC kept fucking girls hoping to jump forward and meet up with the girl he likes again, but never found her, and died the same way he did at the beginning.

Meanwhile the girl tried to kill herself because of her fear of men. She got sent back to the same place, only the MC was still nice and innocent, and not an adult creep. MC never went on his sex tour in this version because it was the original version that was afraid of girls. Lady basically scared the shit out of him trying to make sure he would only love her, but she failed as well when the fat guy got him to impregnate the other lady. The more innocent and kind version of the MC was able to loop back around again afterwards, let things play out the same way, but then beat the shit out of the fat guy when he was about to rape the girl. They then... somehow... went back to the day they met, and now they've only had sex with each other.

Okay so maybe it's not that simple.

There seems to be a spinoff to this titled Moshi Kako starring the porn star guy, but there only seems to be one untranslated chapter posted back in 2011.
