Nobody seems to know who made it. Has nothing to do with Mario. You play a short man chasing a woman. A dog is constantly getting in your way. When you catch her, she strips. You're both naked in the next round. Catch her again and have sex. Catch her again, she strips again. Catch her once more, a different position. Four positions, and the entire process starts looping. The game cheats, so it's extremely hard.
