@Vhince: This is actually some guy's girlfriend cosplaying Reimu. He mentions that apparently the only way he can have sex with his girlfriend is if she's cosplaying as something (which is why she goes into "don't look at me!!" mode when the wig falls off). She basically uses it to become someone else, in a way.
