After having played the game after years of only seeing the anime I'd like to clear up the plot for those curious folk.

In the anime it seemingly implies that hiragi, the roommate, reveals Misawa's identity to the rape-crew. In the game there are multiple potential people to speculate about as far as who figures out her identity first. She enters the school with her brothers last name and any person who was in the rape-crew would probably know the brother had a sister so they'd know that Misawa was girl all along.

The game is a slow burn and borders on NTR. Misawa goes on a date with Hiragi, roommate, after he finds her naked in the bathroom. They never discuss her gender but she does model a swimsuit for him to paint. As soon as you think they're romance is developing Misawa is brutally gangraped by her teacher/classmates without her knowledge of who they are. Misawa continues to attend the rape sessions for fear of her gender being revealed and because she wants to find out what happened to her brother. While this goes on Misawa and Hiragi don't talk much until the next free day. Misawa offers to model again and completely strips for hiragi saying "you said a nude model is better no?" Misawa feels guilty that Hiragi is using her as a model for an angel because she has been violated so many times she doesn't feel she's being honest. This part is a choice, you can stay silent and become a sex slave for the rape-crew or you can reveal what has been going on to hiragi who immediately heals you with his dick and you both get an apartment and fuck.
