This is a brand new story. Sora did say he'd reboot Yui back into a virgin in the last episode. Though no blood is drawn, the dialogue in this episode confirms that.

In fact, it's probably not uncommon for artists to reboot stories of the same girl, especially for "jitsuyou hon", i.e. practical-use doujins, you know, for "practical use", as it'd get boring after her slow descent into full sluttiness after a while, though there are indeed great NTR/rape doujin series out there that portray the descent brilliantly, but it's much easier to go back to a clean slate time and again.

By rebooting Yui back to a virgin, readers get that sense of thrill of seeing her losing her purity again and again.

Personally, I prefer it where virgins are absent. Immediate corruption is OK, but I prefer it when it's a gradual thing. I also get more thrill when I know the girl's been with many men, willingly or not. That's just my taste, of course.
