Ahh, this is depressing. In Japan, women are able to purchase dates with men just to talk to them, and that industry is growing with more and more women finding casual talk easier to digest than a full blown relationship. I know the pursuit of escapism isn't isolated to Japanese society, although I disagree with classifying host-clubs and strip clubs together. Stripclubs provide mild erotic entertainment in the same sense pornography does. You don't establish an emotional connection with the strippers. And that's what host-clubs try to sell off. Strip clubs cater to temporary sexual urges. Host-clubs cater to a more long-term lack of emotional and social stimulation, something common in a society that has a word for working yourself to death (過労死)

I know that this is mortal, in page 28, the man said that "at worst, she might get killed", so there the possibilite that she wont get killed, following the logic represented in this manga, but the reasons for which she survived can be the men helping her in the end taking her to a hospital or something similar , "clean the mess up, princess" "we cant go home", indicating they cant just let her there and go away, and the amount of vomits and scat probably removed some alcohol from hers body. Now the reason i believe that she is alive is the teddy bear and the purse near the prince, why would someone bring them to near the prince? Why show the prince betraying her? For us readers its obvious he is cheating her, so there must have a greater reason to show the "cheating" scene, linking this to her dependence to the prince i think its almost 95% she is alive.

Edit: The scat dont necessary means she is dead, she drinked a great amount of alcohol that would not be weird if she lost control of her body.
