Looking at p21 this one is a second print. The original one was sold in June's SC2015 Summer.
edit: I use an addon while browsing and I find out that e-hentai use the cover of this picture with the cover of the translated version. Now you might be thinking that translator not editing the cover page is normal, but I have do something else while uploading. I found out that the system can detect if an image was saved from the server (maybe to lighten the server). What I want to say is the picture the gallery system use from the thumbnail/page 1 is actually from the previous upload (translated ver). This can be checked by the image code 9eabc8f0a9c3d6e8c6ad92d25c7056e64e2d1410 . The gallery don't bother marking this raw cover as a different image.
How would this information be useful you may ask? Block 1 cover, you block all variation of it (at least if it is left unedited)
