The piano teacher seems to have known the boy's father, and had some interest in him probably. It was likely romantic interest since his gaze really lingered while he thought over the similarity the son had in appearance to the dad, rather than being a casual observation they made in a more vocal way. It makes sense for the boy to not have known that since his ma is really not into talking about the dad, and his father seems to have died some time ago. I guess for the teacher, hearing that confession from that face is what spurred him on.

It feels pretty sketchy though. I don't really fancy this kind of power imbalence in relationships, or the partners doing things when the other is that emotionally vulnerable. At the very least it's nice when the partner gives it all some kind of decent consideration before banging like that. The teacher really jumped into it fast here. I guess their feelings for the dad were either super needy or unrequited...still though... I may be reading for the messy drama of it all, but I do like to see some standards in there. I can agree it's morally troubling.

I think it's more like the boy's father was Takeshi's own piano teacher too (I'm taking that from the last panel, at least.) That would mean Takeshi fell in love with his teacher like Shu fell in love with him. Shu ended up resembling his father a lot, which is probably why his mom doesn't want him playing the piano, and so Takeshi thought it was alright to bang him. The end.
