@Undeadcynic97 I'll try to keep it short. I'd advise you to read it from the beginning yourself, though.

Volume 1: Haruka and Shu have been married for 2 years. They've known each other since early childhood and even had a marriage promise on the local ferris wheel. Haruka desperately wants to have a baby, but Shu is awkward when having sex with her. The reason for this is most likely the fact that Haruka went out with Takakura (or just Senpai) in high school behind Shu's back, which devastated him and awoke a NTR fetish inside him. Haruka eventually broke up with Senpai, most likely because he tried to have sex with her / rape her, but she rejected him (that point is a bit controversial and I hope it will be cleared up eventually) but Shu's fetish grew stronger over the years, until he could barely get an erection normally with Haruka. Oh yeah, Shu was the one who deflowered Haruka and they first had sex after they were already married.
That's why he told her to sleep with other men, while he watches. After the first time she had sex with other men, Shu could fuck her normally for some weeks, until he got erection problems again and asked her to sleep with other men again. That went on for a while and Haruka slowly started to resent Shu and doubt his love for her. She started to believe in him again after he saved her from a train molester, but his behaviour when he fucked her afterwards, telling her that she's extremely wet and if she liked the situation made something snap within her and she requested Senpai to be the next guy to fuck her.

Volume 2: That one was very stretched. Essentially, Shu gave in to Haruka's request, even though he was uncomfortable with it. He wanted to be present when Senpai came to her house, but she lied to him and said it was just lunch. Shu had a bad feeling about this and decided to hide in the closet and watch from his tablet what the installed hidden cameras recorded. He was correct with his doubts and Haruka and Senpai had sex. At the end of it, Shu came out of the closet and awkward dialogue with Senpai ensued, who turned out to be an asshole and essentially claimed owenership of Haruka and be her sole partner.
Afterwards, Shu planned an Onsen trip with Haruka, where he wanted to amend their relationship and told her that they could reduce the cuckolding if it was too much. Haruka said she doesn't really care anymore and then Senpai showed up, who was secretly invited by Haruka. He had sex with her and came inside, which made Shu panic because every other guy used condoms and essentially their goal was for Haruka to get pregnant by him, so he gave Haruka a cream pie as well. In the next few chapters, Senpai had sex with Haruka at pretty much every waking moment while mocking Shu, which slowly broke him. Chapter 18 was a flashback that showed that Haruka really loved Shu and how they started dating in college.
In chapter 19, Shu realized that his fetish is fucked up after a conversation with Kawai, a colleague at his bank (Haruka quit her job after the wedding), and rushed home to apologize to Haruka and start over again. He was presented with divorce papers instead, which led to him fumbling for words and being desperate. Haruka jumped to have sex with Senpai instead of listenig to him which led him to stab his leg with the pen he was urged to sign the divorce paper by Senpai while Haruka was passed out on the couch.
Shu going back to cuckolding seems like an asspull considering his behaviour in chapter 19, but that's just my opinion.

Edit: Volume 1 was chapter 1 to 9, volume 2 chapter 10 to 18. Volume 3 (which will probably be the last) started with chapter 19 and ends with 27.

I am looking for an ultimate plot twist ending in this series that is Shu realizes his true love with Haruka and wants to form a normal family with her and he would not be able to do that with his fetish and it eventually dies down and he could no longer get erect from doing so.

The real twist though that Haruka this time develops such a fetish when she sees Kowai wanting to NTR Shu from her, that she at first hates that and makes sure to prevent Shu from doing her, but eventually succumbs to the fetish and even requests for Shu to cheat on her or get Kowai involved. This time, Shu would eventually give in seeing as he is guilty for doing the same thing before.

It would be quite a scene to see Haruka getting jealous to yandere like level in seeing Shu have an affair, but at the same time couldnt stop herself from getting turned on watching another woman try and steal Shu. It would be even crazier if she wants Shu to impregnate Kowai just so she can have a kid if she finds out that she is infertile.

PS Why is reverse NTR or Netorase so damn rare?
