In the comments Jin explains he's the one who chose mosaics rather than bars. He mentions how the censor policies suck these days, that he wasn't too sure about his choice, and that he's thinking of running a poll on pixiv when his next tank comes to apply the censor type the users prefer (with previews).

Japanese readers hate this has much as we do, and it's a bit painful to read comments like "I was considering buying it, but the mosaics..."
