Though the official title is really "葛城と瑞鶴と"（Katsuragi To Zuikaku To / Katsuragi and Zuikaku and...）,
if we read all the kanji on the cover page,
it would become:

"葛城と瑞鶴改と加賀と翔鶴"（Katsuragi To Zuikaku Kai To Kaga To Shoukaku / Katsuragi and Zuikaku Kai and Kaga and Shoukaku）.

When I bought the hardcopy of the doujin in Tokyo, I thought "Goosh, what a long title."

In the previous pieces of this artist Zuikaku was dominated by pretty much everyone else, the situation is completely reversed after Katsuragi came XD
Now Zuikaku only shows her weak side to Shoukaku, can't wait for her to get NTR'd by Akagi ( actually she did ) lol
