Some context for those who might not know the particular Star Wars source for this...

This is (very likely) from Star Wars: the Old Republic MMO-RPG.

1.) The Zabrak (horned female) is Akaavi Spar. A Mandalorian (self-)exile, Akaavi's family and Mandalorian clan were wiped out by the Sith Empire on false charges of sedition (the Sith Empire wanted Clan Spar's home planet and its rich resources without having to re-negotiate existing treaties & trade agreements). Akaavi fled to the Republic-space to escape the slaughter, but would later return from her self-imposed exile to seek revenge against those Imperial officers & bureaucrats whose ambition and greed was responsible for Clan Spar's destruction.

2.) The human female is Risha Drayen. Criminally-labeled (by other criminals) as the "Princess of the Galactic Underworld". Risha's father, Nok Drayen, was the "King"), meaning Risha is a Crime Lord in her own right. Risha also has the backstory irony in that she is, by birthright, a Royal Princess of a planet (Dubrillion) whose ruling family (Risha's grandparents) were assassinated and overthrown by greedy and criminal-funded rival nobles. Nok Drayen and Risha went deep undercover and became Crime Lords themselves, in order to seek out those Crime Lords in the Galactic Underworld who funded the rival nobles' coup, and destroy them in bloody revenge. Another interesting bit is that Risha is portrayed by veteran voice actor Tara Strong, aka Princess Twilight Sparkle of MLP:FiM; however, Strong brings her Teen Titans' Raven voice and cynical attitude to portraying the sharp-tongued & -witted, yet also deeply embittered, Risha Drayen.

3.) And finally, the Twi'lek female is probably supposed to be "The Captain", of the Smuggler Class Story. "Captain" is the Protagonist-title by which all NPCs converse and refer to the Smuggler-Player by, in the Smuggler's (Class) Tale. Of which, the above two are part of her crew. Akaavi serves as The Captain's bodyguard and "muscle." Risha acts as First Officer aboard The Captain's starship and behind-the-scenes organizer for The Captain's criminal enterprises. The female-Captain is voiced by Kath Soucie, the male-Captain is voiced by Maury Sterling.
