From what I can understand.

- Katsuko wonders if she is Kazuya's new plaything.
- Afterwards Kazuya still keeping the good guy act gets Katsuko's new phono.
- Meanwhile when the teachers left, he lies Yumi telling her Katsuko's was his love and that she left his heart broken when she left.
- Then talking with Jun, Katsuko realizese it's Jun's girlfriend.
- Then she meets with Kazuya because he has a photo and videos of a drugged Yumi.
- Kazuya hasn't taken her virginity YET. Meanwhile he is getting friendly with her, sweet talking her, lying and groping her.
- Katsuko being Katsuko, once again wants to protect Jun by not telling him anything, and obeying what Kazuya tells her what to do.
- She after 7 years fell for the same kind of blackmail again.
- They have sex and she reverts back to her whore self for a moment while he tells her that's her real self, etc.
- She tries to deny she isn't like that as she leaves but as soon as Kazuya asks her to show her ass to take a photo she obeys.
- Then we see Jun and Yumi getting closer.
- Meanwhile Katsuko has changed her looks.
- She visits Jun wanting to be with him but stops so she does it with her teacher boyfriend who isn't enough to satisfy her because he was a virgin not long ago.
- Then called by Kazuya goes to his place to have sex again, lots of dirty talk, he uses a powder on his dick which uses when having sex with her.
- Dirty talk as usual and how he will make her go back to him like the bitch she is.
- We see Jun and Yumi going out together but he seems insecure about how easy going around a group of thugs.

Oh, he is an old guy, didn't notice; but anyway so you say there is a likely chance it would be "to be continued forever" like the anime Guin Saga if that is how I am interpreting things.

Anyway, everyone has their own different opinions about Katsuko, so I prefer not to argue. However, in my opinion in the last chapter of the original, I hated Jun where he could have saved Katsuko and turn her back to "normal" but he just refuse to believe her anymore (something like that occured in Public Toilet, that was a fine Main character). To be more exact, I believe he refuses to understand that the entire scenerio was all his fault.

If this Jun switches place with another Jun, Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!, then we would probably see more promising results. Any anything then, like Gibo by NAGARE Ippon, Jun should just have a long time sex with Katsuko; it was HIS fault Katsuko is this broken so Jun should fix the damage he had done. Anyway, this is my opinion and, as I said, I don't want into any arguments, I am more curious if another chapter will becoming.

Um, didn't you notice the small things? The male MC's name is also Jun. Not to mention there was a moment this Jun was ntr-ed. If you check chapter 7, very specifically Ch61-Ch70, you would notice a similar situation to Katsuko and Jun, however the results are clearly different.

Here is a reply to your analysis, based on my opinion ONLY so don’t create an unneeded argument about contradicting our views.
I did read that knife chapter and find it annoying that Jun actually think that Katsuko was that bad of a woman; Katsuko was the ideal woman where she cooked for him, celebrated Jun’s birthday with him, and gave him her first time, so it seems pathetic that Jun let Kazuya fooled him so easily. If you seen Triangle Blue then you know for sure what type of girl is worth abandoning, but Katsuko doesn't classify as such a girl where, based on that Knife chapter, we the audience know Katsuko’s inner thoughts so we know she loves Jun but doesn’t want him to do anything reckless to ruin his future. If Jun was anything like Ryo Sakurai (Koukai Benjo The Animation) or Akira Inugami (WOLF GUY - OOKAMI NO MONSHOU), where they fully know it was their fault that their woman was raped to the point where their mind was broken, the result would be much more different if Jun was anything like those characters. Anyway, this is based on my opinion, so I prefer to not make any other pointless arguments. I don't know how much manga you read but you would expect a MC to know better as compared to a minor character, that would fall through such deception, one example would be Kazuya Aoi (freezing manga ch 42) who was also under a similar situation, you would find an MC to be a gullible failure if the MC can't see through deception.
