To clarify things...

MisterMonster, Maabu : It's not... at the start her job "was" to star in that DVD feature, but as you have read that wasn't what the director had in mind and instead shot an AV to sell. So in the end the doujin didn't tackle what happened to that DVD bonus. All we can speculate is that they shot another proper video and sold the AV in the back end or the entire DVD bonus was a fraud in the first place.

A0_: - Auntie -> Japanese word used was オネエ which in enlish equivalent is a gay man, a guy who's a girl at heart, and so on and so forth. Auntie is synonymous to a gay man so I used that.
- Este -> Japanese word was リゾートエステ which literally translate to Resort Este where エステ(Este) is short for aesthetic/beauty salon/et al. In the end I decided to keep it as Resort Este rather than Resort Aesthetic or Resort Beauty Salon since Resort Este sounded more like an establishment name than the rest.
- "She was a girl inside" - again going back to page 6 the director told uzuki that he was gay/a girl inside so it was all okay. So when it got to page 18 uzuki stated what the director said in page 6 that he was a girl inside "中身は女の人" (mind, heart, etc gay things) .
