The turn of events is hilarious. The series went from ultra dark at the end of volume 2 to some kind of weird comedy in the middle of volume 3. Shu's father almost makes the same hilarious faces as his son.
The way Haruka smiled on page 17 was adorable. Somehow she managed to make the impression of a super waifu to me.
That doesn't change the fact that she's very likely infertile with this timeskip of nine months and that her dream of a baby will be likely crushed, though.

Next chapter will be a threesome between Shu, Haruka and Shu's father and I guess Haruka's family will be somehow involved next before the "plot twist" of Haruka's infertility comes up. It still bugs me that Shikishiro just dropped the ball with Kawai's character, however. She had so much potential and he pretty much just cast her aside after her naked love confession. I guess he just wanted colour pages of someone other than Haruka for volume 3...

This is pretty hilarious, but these chapters are kind of fillers for the real story to come I don't believe Shikishiro just dropped the ball with Kawai's character. I'm not 100% on this but if Shikishiro does make it were Haruka is infertile then he may make it were Kawai becomes a surrogate and the story shifts, plus Senpai returns to try and reclaim Haruka. But that's just my thought, again not 100% on that but I was accurate on Haruka leading Senpai on for Shin sake.
