@BillNine10- The manga states very clearly that she had had sex with her husband, only, before that asshole, so how does that justify "a few more". Just thought I should point that out. Sure, now she is aware that she has an insatiable appetite, but what about before. From the story, it's clear she was faithful to her husband and leaves open the possibility that she became a horny slut afterwards.
Also, I can't see how this qualifies as netorare, as the husband is oblivious. The story starts with rape and blackmail; whereas, she discovers she loves sex more than she was aware. She doesn't fight back the entire time. This is just a run of the mill story about cheating, nothing more. There is nothing unique about this story. The sex scenes aren't even that great. I admit that the Elf is drawn with care and attention, but it's not outstanding. I guess I have a problem with stories where a spouse cheats with a person less desirable than their mate. This guy was repulsive which makes me question the ease with which she gave in. Saving the inn does not seem to be reason enough for her to give in to a slimy guy like that. This is why I am so hard on this story. To each their own, I guess.
