Characters:
1. Ruri, main girl, magical girl.
2. Kouhei, love interest.
3. Yakumo, antagonist, ntrguy.

Synopsis:
Ruri is a lonely magical girl who fights alone on deathly fights to protect the city from atrocious monsters/evil spirits, one day meets Kouhei, and then both develop a relationship and their love deepens more and more, however her happiness doesn't lasts long, one day Kouhei in order to protect her is fatally wounded by a demon.
In order to save Kouhei back from death she has to use a magical contract so she can use the Power of Miracles, a power that can do grant any wishes.
However in order to do so she has to show absolute obedience under the ruthless Yakumo's command.
As much she is disgusted she starts losing both her body and mind to Yakumo...

I didn't play it (yet) and can't tell much just by looking at the CGset but from what I found on internet is that Kouhei once he finds them out Yakumo meets his end and gets a happy end which I find to be rare since all of the Phase#End games so far are cruel ntr endings.
If I had to guess it would be a bitter sweet ending: Yakumo just left Ruri after he got his fill of dispair, she reconciles with Kouhei but since she now is way too mindbroken she calls Yakumo's name when having sex with Kouhei.
