For the people who don't know, GOdin's (as he's usually referred to) leader skill, "Robe of Protection", reduces damage you take by 80% when your team's HP is full. A popular tactic was to pair GOdin with another leader like Amaterasu, who autohealed the team each turn. GOdin would reduce damage, and Amaterasu would heal the party back to full HP (I played the Amaterasu side of the GOdin + Amaterasu equation for several months). It was an effective strategy for beating normal dungeons and some descended dungeons (e.g. Hera Descended). However, it was countered by enemy multi-hit attacks as the first hit would be reduced by 80%, but all subsequent hits would be taken in full.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to farming Tengu Descended for +eggs for my Orchid team.
