@bejita81100, A gallery in english cannot be expunged as a duplicate of one in Japanese.

@bejita81100 below, if you somehow manage to get enough people to vote to expunge this, all that will happen is that it will be reverted and put back, as it is not a legitimate reason for it to be expunged, simply ignore it, it has a sample tag and 'preview' in the name so it isn't like you weren't warned beforehand, and you could easily avoid it simply by searching -sample or simply not entering a gallery with preview in the title.

If you want to talk about changing the rules, then you go on the forums to......talk about changing the rules, you don't carry out false expunge requests, while it is unlikely to do anything if you do it 1 time, it is a bannable offence which may be enforced anytime if you keep up that sort of thing, you especially don't encourage others to do it, whilst following up by saying you are aware it is not expungeable, expunging also isn't about opinion, it is black and white, i.e something is more complete, or higher res, or artist priority upload etc.

There is only one admin on this entire site, and he likely isn't reading random gallery comments to see if you want things changed, but he may see your post if you do it on the forums.

@Mrsuperhappy I'm fully aware of that but they haven't given us a much needed option to expunge this kind of crap so I went with one of the options and explained the opinion of myself and many others here in the section given for explanations on the expungement petition. Sometimes you have to color outside the lines to get things done. Now if I do it alone then some drone on the other end will also probably just robotically apply the current rules and nothing will happen and we'll all continue to be annoyed with this jerk clogging up results so he can make a buck. On the other hand if enough of us send in an expungement petition with a comment explaining why we did it then maybe we can get the rules changed, an option added, this guy band, maybe all of the above. If we all just take your approach that these are the rules and follow them blindly then nothing will happen and we'll all just keep bitching in the comment sections of his next 100 "sample" galleries.

Point taken. I'm big enough to admit when I was wrong. The forums would be a better place to try to get this grievance noticed. Just for the record though I wasn't expecting it to get noticed here just in the attached comment.

Anyhow, it would be good if I wasn't alone in trying to do something about this. It bugs me that this guy tries to pump us for money like this. It really goes against the spirit of the place.
