Like Wilfriback already said, it confirms Haruka being barren. I'm a bit disappointed in the last two chapters. They feel kind of pointless, repeating pretty much the same things Volume 1 already did. I hope Kawai will have somewhat of an appearance from chapter 23 onwards, but an entire arc with her would be very rushed with less than 5 chapters. I wonder how Haruka will react once she knows she's infertile after having blamed Shu all the time along with her parents? Will they stop the cuckolding then or is she too addicted to sex then already? Will they just give up on the idea of a baby or try an alternative method (i.e. adoption or a surrogate mother)?

Also, Shu is pretty much the biggest masochist I ever saw: "I won't be okay with it. That's why I want it."
